About Anglo Thai Cultural Exchange
"Anglo
Thai Cultural Exchange, Ltd." was founded by Andrew Titley in
2006 during his first year as a student at the University of St Andrews
in Scotland, United Kingdom. As of 2008, ATCE is a registered
charity based out of Scotland (SC038977).
 Andrew has already
incorporated and operates Thai Book Drive, Inc, a registered 501(c)(3)
Not-for-Profit charity in the USA. Thai Book Drive has touched the lives of thousands of Thai
children in the provinces of Ubon Ratchathani and Sisaket. Over
the past three years, over 120,000 school books have been collected from
generous donors in the USA, shipped and hand delivered to over 200 schools
throughout Northeast Thailand. These books are
playing a major role in the education of students learning English as a second language.
In addition, Andrew has had the opportunity to address and talk to over
50,000 students about the importance of learning and read and speak English. Thai Book Drive is fully
operational and functioning and will continue to work
alongside Anglo Thai Cultural Exchange.
Andrew views Anglo Thai
Cultural Exchange as a "win-win" charity which will alleviate the dire need
for English teachers in northeastern Thailand
- English teachers are provided free of charge to
schools which could otherwise not afford them and it also provides the
teachers with a the chance to be involved in a constructive
project which will provide them with a life-long experience in

"Anglo Thai Cultural Exchange, Ltd."
has recently purchased a property in Ubon Ratchathani that will serve as
the base for volunteers arriving and departing from Homestays. It is fully
furnished with sleeping accommodations, internet, telephones, etc.
Born and raised in New York,
Andrew is an avid traveler and has traveled extensively throughout
America, Europe and Asia. His passion is Thailand and he has
dedicated himself to promoting and assisting the education of English to Thai
students in rural areas. Andrew is an accredited TESOL/TEFL certified teacher
and a motivational speaker. He has appeared on several TV shows
and has numerous press mentions. In his spare time, Andrew plays
baseball, roller hockey and is an amateur Muay Thai boxer.
